Losing a loved one is a very difficult time for all of us, and so we offer free professional grief education to learn more about the mourning process.
Losing a loved one is a very difficult time for all of us. After the services are over, we begin the transition to a life that's changed. Through the support and love from our family and friends and going through the mourning process, we reconcile our grief and the difficult times turn into wonderful memories of the love that was shared. As a service to the families served, we offer free professional grief education to learn more about the mourning process. We invite anyone who has suffered a loss to be a part of our Enter the Journey Program or you can meet privately with our professional Grief Educator, Sheila Kramer.
Sheila Kramer leads a 4 week educational program held in the spring and fall of the year. There is no cost to attend and is open to anyone who has suffered a loss and wants to learn more about grief and the feelings they are experiencing. Sessions will be held at Wintz Ray Funeral Home, 2901 Douglas Ave., Yankton.
