Ronald Crosley

Ronald Crosley, age 84, passed away on Tuesday, April 23, 2024 at Homestead Assisted Living of Norfolk, Nebraska.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM, on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at the Garden of Memories Cemetery in Yankton, South Dakota.  The family will receive friends a half hour prior to the graveside from 1:30 to 2:00 PM at the Wintz & Ray Funeral Home in Yankton.

Ronald was born on May 29, 1939 in Santee, Nebraska to Ross and Julia (Juracek) Crosley. He graduated from Hurley High School in Hurley, SD in 1957.  After graduation, Ron married Joyce Johnson and to that union three children were born: Perry, Penny, and Susan.  In 1980, Ron married Marge Voll. Throughout his employment years, he wore many hats.

Ron is survived by two children: Penny (James) Martin of Jefferson, TX and Susan (Dave) Kassmeier of Norfolk, NE; grandchildren: Aaron (Molly) Kassmeier of Norfolk and Kora Kassmeier of Hot Springs, SD; and great grandchildren: Landon, Brody, Bristol and Taggert Kassmeier of Norfolk.

Ron was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Marge Crosley; son, Perry Crosley; and siblings: Hazella (Glen) May, Rossie (Aylene) Crosley, and Janis (Bob) Wilson.
