Jackie came into this world as the strong headed and out spoken woman we all knew her as, April 15th, 1998. She grew up in Valentine, Nebraska and graduated from Valentine Rural High School in 2016. That same year, she found out she would be blessed with her oldest son, Jaxson. She was nervous at first, but as soon as she laid eyes on him, she was overjoyed. In 2017, Jackie moved to Creighton Nebraska, with her then boyfriend Colby Snodgrass. In 2019, Jackie and Colby would welcome their son Logan in the world. Her boys were her world and she loved them more than anything.

In 2021, Jackie would meet the love of her life Rory Buckendahl. They moved to Prague, Nebraska and then the two wed on the beautiful evening of October 29th, 2022, with all their friends and family to celebrate. Jackie had also just started a job at the hospital in Wahoo, Nebraska that she absolutely loved.

Left to treasure and honor her memory is her husband Rory Buckendahl, sons Jaxson Potter and Logan Potter-Snodgrass, mother Rebecca (Randy) Kruger, her father Tim Daugherty, her grandfather Ronald Potter Sr. Her sisters Jessica (Deandre) Caldwell, Jennifer (Jordan) Rabern, Monica (Travis) Epp, and Amber Kruger, as well as her brothers Jonathan Kruger, Jordan Kruger, Chuck (Katie) Kruger, and Robert Kruger. As well as her many nieces and nephews that she loved and treated as her own children. Along with many family and friends.

She was greeted at the gates by her grandmother Joyce Potter, her great grandparents Margaret and Robert Potter, great grandparents Earl and Melva Pinkelman, and grandfather Gale Daugherty.
