Eva Marie Creekmore

Eva Creekmore, age 88 of Hartington, Nebraska died on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at the Hartington Care and Rehabilitation Center. A memorial service will be at a later date as it was Eva’s wish to donate her body to Anatomical Science. Wintz Funeral Home of Hartington is assisting with arrangements. Eva Marie was born on February 4, 1930 in Fargo, North Dakota to Frank Xavier and Ura Marie (Kirby) Bohmer. She grew up in Moorhead, Minnesota and worked as a CNA (Certified Nurse’s Assistant) and as a Seamstress. She was married to Roy Lloyd Creekmore. She and Roy lived in numerous locations while Roy was in the military. She had lived in California prior to moving to Hartington about four years ago. Eva became a resident of the Hartington Assisted Living on March 21, 2017 and then moved to the Hartington Care and Rehabilitation Center Nursing on July 2, 2018. Eva is survived by her four children, daughter Marie (Lee) Wolverton of San Jose, CA; son Roy (Lou) Creekmore of Hartington, son Bill (Wanda) Creekmore of Greenville, SC, daughter Laurie (Brian) Cooper of Missouri; two sisters Kathy Fillmore of Rockville, IL, Linda (Richard Klovstad of Bemidji, MN; two brothers Tom Bohmer of Omaha, NE, Buck Bohmer of Floresville, TX. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Roy Lloyd; son Matt Creekmore; daughter Sandra; sisters Joan & Mary; brothers John, Mark, and Fred Bohmer.
