Deborah Anne (McCotter) Rosburg, age 64, of Hull, Iowa, passed away of a sudden illness on Monday, October 5, 2020, at Avera Sacred Heart Hospital in Yankton, South Dakota.
A private family service will be held at the Wintz & Ray Funeral Home in Yankton, South Dakota.
Deborah was born March 5, 1956 to Russel Neal and Mildred Christine McCotter. Deborah died doing what she loved, camping. She spent most of her summers in Yankton, South Dakota, enjoying time with her husband and visits with her grandchildren. She loved to decorate for the holidays and could listen to Christmas music months before anyone else. She was loved and will be deeply missed.
She leaves behind a loving and caring husband, Gary Rosburg of Hull, Iowa, with whom she had been married to for 10 years. Three daughters from a previous union: JoAnn Marsh of Portsmouth, Virginia; Christine (David) Bauer of Charles City, Iowa and Georgia (Michael) Klimesh of Spillville, Iowa. Her greatest accomplishments were her 10 grandchildren: Lauren, Harley Jr., Jolene, Shea, Samantha, Holly, Hunter, Abigail, Kaitlyn and Natalie, as well as her great grandchildren. She also leaves behind three sisters and one brother: Colleen McCotter, Jacqueline (John) Brabec, Douglas McCotter, and Sheryl (David) Welch; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Mike McCotter.
