When my mom Elaine Wiese still lived in Yankton, she so enjoyed Doreen in her Lydia circle, as did I when I still lived in Yankton in the early 80's. She was always such a sweet, kind, and faith filled person! She will be greatly missed by so many! We are so sorry for your loss! May God comfort you and give you peace.

My mother, Thelma Avery, now age 91 and in assisted living, dearly loved Doreen, who was such a sweet lady. They were good friends for many years. I know they missed seeing each other over the past several months after Doreen moved to Sioux Falls. My thoughts are with you and am I sorry this is so late; I just now saw the online obituary..
