From a cousin: So sorry to hear of his passing. His service to his country and community are very commendable. I am unable to attend his services, but know that I will spend some time in his honor at the Higgins Memorial where his dad, Ernie, has a brick next to my dad's. I hope you find comfort from friends and family. God Bless You!
