I am so incredibly sorry to hear of this tragedy. I had speech class with Jessi at SDSU. We had a couple group projects together and she was an absolute delight to be around and to work with. In my short I spent with her it was obvious how caring and dedicated she was as a student and as a human being. I am so sorry for your loss and I will be sending my prayers to your family.

Anderson family,

My daughter is Ashley Vance (Tanner Schmidt's girlfriend) so we have not met. I am so incredibly sorry for the pain your family is having to go through. I had a sister that passed away when she was 15 years old and I was 14 years old has now been 35 years since she passed. It always breaks my heart of hearing of a young person's passing. Hold close the wonderful memories of your beautiful daughter. Prayers to your whole family.

Mary Jo Vance

Lance & Family,

My deepest condolences for your loss. I never had the opportunity to meet Jessi but my daughter-in-law Emily (Bos) Davis was a friend of hers. It is obvious from all the posts and tributes that Jessi was loved by many, had a wonderful soul and lived life spectacularly!

Wishing you comfort and healing,

Jenifer (Goeden) Willard (I went to Sacred Heart School/YHS with Leigh)
