My sympathy to the family on the loss of your loved one. May you find comfort in the words and expressions of caring, from relatives and friends as you look forward to the time God promised at Isaiah 25:8; that he 'will swallow up death forever' and death will be no more.I hope this gives the family a measure of hope and comfort.
